Policy & Procedures

At AAYP we aim to foster a culture of mutual respect between our volunteers and our community. These policies and procedures help us to provide the best possible experience for our community as a whole.

Experiences

RSVP

You must RSVP for experiences! This not only secures your spot but also keeps us informed. In the unlikely event one person or less RSVP's, the experience will be cancelled. 

Small & Intimate

All experiences will be limited to 15 participants to keep events more intimate and personal. This ensures every person enjoys their experience and doesn't feel like just another number. 

No Call, No Shows

If you RSVP and no call/no show for three experiences, you will be asked to longer attend future experiences. No shows are disrespectful to our teachers time and take away spots from other participants. We understand things happen, if you are unable to attend please just let us know.

If you'll be arriving late...

As we stated above, we understand things happen and we are pretty laid back about our start time (we like to visit with our community before & after experiences). However, if you find you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please DO NOT interrupt the experience with a late arrival; late arrivals are disruptive and unfair to the other participants.
